Method of payment

1. With a preliminary contract, 10,000 EURO is payable.

2. On the second slab elevation + 3 meters, 30% is paid, from which the initial EUR 10,000 is deducted.

3. On act 14 – completed rough construction with walls and roof, 30% is paid.

4. On act 15 – completed object ready for introduction, 30% is paid.

5. On act 16 – commissioning, the final 10% is paid.
